Owner/ceo Brayden Gordon

Brayden grew up working with his father Sean, who was in the business since he moved to the Gulf Coast . Brayden gained all of the foundational knowledge to provide the quality services we provide today. Brayden started Gordon Property Maintenance LLC in the spring of 2022 at only 16 after deciding not to work at a feed store. While the first few years were rough with a lot of learning, things kept moving rapidly especially in the year 2024 when we buckled down and became who we are today!

Today we continue to provide the highest quality service, constantly innovating, learning, and expanding! While also primarily hiring High School & College age people giving young people a start, and a work ethic based on our core values we’ve run on since day one.
